Joseph provides a wealth of international and domestic business expertise, educational and teaching acumen to eFusion Consortium. He affords the company access to Columbia University’s diverse educational and research resources. His focus has been on training, management, law and business leadership for emerging nations.

Mr. Rubin has served as adjunct professor and executive director of Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. Mr. Rubin is Founder and Senior partner of Rubin, Bailin, Ortoli, LLP, a New York City based law firm. Joseph is a cum laude graduate of Columbia University, and received his law degree from Harvard Law School. He was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship from the University of San Carlos and has been both a visiting and special lecturer at The Wharton School, New York University and Vanderbilt University.
